Progress Report Reflection:
Directions: Reflect on the results of your progress report and what you want to continue doing, or improve on for next week.
Think of our school GLOs (self-directed learner, community contributor, complex thinker, quality producer, effective communicator, and effective and ethical user of technology) pick at least one GLO that you can reflect on that contributed to your success, and at least one GLO that you can reflect on to improve for next week.
1. One thing that I did that contributed to me being successful was: (GLO)
2. One thing that I can improve on is: (GLO)
3. How do you feel about your progress report? What can you do for yourself to help yourself improve? What can Ms. Singlehurst/ Ms. Tiatia or Ms. Mendelson do to help you improve? What can your parents do to help you improve?
Please review your child's progress report, check my website at mssinglehurst.weebly.com to see any assignments that need to be made up or improved. Feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have an questions or concerns. Progress report is due by Friday.
<PICTURE DAY IS TOMORROW SEPTEMBER 24, 2015>
Any students who have a D or F on Friday September 25, will not be allowed to come to the October 2 clean card activity for Quarter 1 and will have to stay in a silent study hall during the time.
To see more about what standards are going to be covered in social studies, please refer to the "parent resources" page to see SS and ELA standards that are to be covered throughout the year.
On Friday we are discussing the Syrian refugee crisis and the causes, and tying it into the history of Jewish people in the same area (there is so much overlap!) we are encouraging students to discuss these issues and what they're learning with their families and friends so please take the time to discuss this topic!
